My favorite article you have written so far! Very well written (love the Master Oogway reference :D ). One thing that really helps stay focused is puting the phone on do not disturb and in a different room. I will definitely try to practice concentrating when speaking to people and small things throughout the day. Thanks!

Very well written, Vimal.

Examples you have quoted are very prominent and clear to understand the concepts. Certainly it is a fact which you highlighted that focus on a task at one time and it gives precision. I really enjoy reading them.

Thanks very much!

The warehouse example is the core of my article. We have to keep our attention on one thing at a time. And every time our awareness drifts away, we have to bring it back on this object of our attention.

It may not be easy but we will get better with practice.

Without a doubt, excess information and having access to social media, video games, or applications on our cell phones have trained us not to concentrate. In class and at work, I see how many people are on YouTube, Instagram, or other applications when they should be paying attention and acquiring new knowledge. I recommend the book "Eat That Frog!: 21 Great Ways to Stop Procrastinating" and using the "Pomodoro Technique" to improve our concentration. Excellent reflection, and thank you Vimal, for helping us be a better version of ourselves.

Thanks for the book recommendations. I have used the Pomodoro technique and it is indeed very helpful. Technology is definitely a big distraction. Everyone agrees that it's important to limit it but most of us cannot. It's like a sweet treat - gives us happiness in the short run but makes us obese in the long run.

Concentration is very important to guide your mind to follow a path and perform.

This is reason that we say empty mind is devils workshop.

More we concentrate and focus of our objectives, we set our mind to follow them. This is very well explained.

We need to practice this approach to train our mind and to be conscious and mindful.

Very well scripted document. Love it
